Nourishment is one of the Core Needs defined as necessary for continuance of human life (as in survival). The underlying principle for the Core category of Needs is commonly known as the Rules-of-Three. This course will introduce Level 1 Nourishment requirements, provide base knowledge to mitigate risks, and review quartermaster kits.
